ABBEY Senior Referrals assists people in locating appropriate adult-living residences, which include Independent Living Communities, Assisted-Living Centers or Adult Care Homes.

Our service starts with either a phone call or e-mail from you. At that point we ask some pertinent questions regarding the person who is in need of adult care, such as desired location, medical needs, budget, etc. (All information is confidential). Based on the information obtained, we search our proprietary database to locate several good matches for the individual.

After deciding on the best options for care and the appropriate facilities that can accommodate your needs, we then call to check on availability and schedule appointments for you to tour the adult-care residences and to meet with the owner or manager.

Once a facility is chosen and the individual has had time to settle in, we then follow up to make sure everything is going smoothly.
